Hoko App ("Hoko") operates Shopify applications including Hoko AI Shopping Visibility.
What we collect
For merchants who install our apps, we process:
- Shop domain and identifiers
- Encrypted OAuth tokens
- Product catalog data (titles, descriptions, etc.)
- Visibility analysis results
- Subscription/billing status
- Operational logs
We do not collect or store Shopify customer personal information (names, emails, orders).
How we use data
To provide visibility scans, scoring, recommendations, billing, and to improve and secure the service. Product data may be sent to AI providers solely to run visibility analysis.
Third parties
Shopify, cloud hosting, databases, background jobs, AI providers, and optional analytics/error monitoring.
Deletion
When you uninstall an app, we delete store data per Shopify mandatory webhooks and our deletion processes.
