Hoko App ("Hoko") operates Shopify applications including Hoko AI Shopping Visibility (hosted at visibility.hokoapp.com).
For merchants who install our apps, we process: shop domain and identifiers, encrypted OAuth tokens, product catalog data (titles, descriptions, etc.), visibility analysis results, subscription/billing status, and operational logs. We do not collect or store Shopify customer personal information (names, emails, orders).
To provide visibility scans, scoring, recommendations, billing, and to improve and secure the service. Product data may be sent to AI providers solely to run visibility analysis.
Shopify, cloud hosting, databases, background jobs, AI providers, and optional analytics/error monitoring.
When you uninstall an app, we delete store data per Shopify mandatory webhooks and our deletion processes.
